speaking to customers day to day helping with any queries for motor insurance. such as vehicle change or adding a named driver on. responsibilities are to ensure every customer gets the right outcome
yes i have learned quite a few skill sand have developed my talking mannerisms on the phone have bettered my time management. my observation and listening skills have greatly improved
i quite enjoy my programme looking forward to the next level
it is organised well i have my allocated learning times and my development meetings
I receive a lot of support in everything as we get trained on a lot of things extra training and support is provided when there is a place where I am struggling in
the support i have received from one of my trainers has been great although I have had 3 different trainers since starting the apprenticeship would prefer to have one stable trainer
my qualification gives me all the knowledge I need to be successful and proficient in my role

because it is a amazing place to work at with the support you get you don't feel uneasy at work when not knowing a process everyone is kind and it is like one big family
