I'm the assistant hotel manager at dunstable south a5, I deal with the payroll making sure that my staff and guests are happy dealing with guest queries when I have to he on the desk making sure paperwork is all up to date and in order.
My people skills have become a lot better.
I enjoy the 1 2 1's but I do miss the group exercise.
To begin with it wasnt great because It literally was stright from whitbread program to lifetime but now it really good.
I receive a lot of support from my manager and my old manager who originally set me up on the programme.
