I am a customer service advisor so I am the first point of contact for customers when they are broken down at the road side, I take down information and enter a job into the system.
I have learned a lot of new skills and developed existing skills. My communication skills have improved massively as well as my team working skills. I also learned to use new software and equipment.
I enjoy the job role to a certain extent and find the apprenticeship to be useful as I am learning a lot and gaining experience.
The programme follows 20% off the job training and it is organised pretty well, I received 3 weeks training at the very start and now have training once a week.
I receive a lot of support, I can always turn to someone for help no matter what it is.
My training provider also provides a lot of support, there's always some work to be done and I am kept up to date on what coming up and what I should be working on.
Although I learn the most when on the job, the training allows you to reflect on what you actually know and this allows you to expand on the knowledge and see where you can improve.
There are always emails being sent out around work regarding any social events and activates coming up.

Overall it's a good place to work and gain experience, the apprenticeship programme is well organised and offers a lot of support. The management is great and also offers a lot of support.
Be prepared to learn a lot and take in a lot of new information as well as working in a fast paced environment.
