I produce job packs for our engineers. I also process their timesheets and holiday requests to HR. I raise the opening notices and live jointing requests to the relevant companies.
I have learnt more about the wider E.ON company and how it affects my section. I have learnt about project management which I have never done before.
I enjoyed learning new things throughout the course and have tried to use the new information at work.
I think the training part of it is well organised as the modules follows the work done. Sometimes I find the 1-2-1 meetings with my development coach to not be much use or well organised. Sometimes I don't get a reply to emails to my development coach.
I get a lot of support from my employer as whenever I ask a question that I am stuck on they are happy to help me with it.
I am able to email any queries but sometimes they do not get answered. I have been rushed at the end of the course to get it completed and I get told to do new things at the last moment which is stressful.
It has made me think about the way others work and why they come across as they do and also how what I do and say can seem to others. It has got me thinking more about why we do the things we do.
No there is not.
Yes
It is a fair employer and is in the main open with us about everything that relates to us.
