my role is to learn and support the project managers in my team.
I’ve learnt a lot of new skills which include being more organised, management skills, and using different IT tools.
I really enjoy my programme, it’s really interesting and I feel like I’ve learnt a lot.
The programme is really helpful and all the team involved are really friendly and helpful we’re always kept up to date with our work and what we need to do within the programme.
Loads of support due to having some difficult situations outside of work at the start of the year the team have been really supportive and reassuring.

It is a really good company to work for, they are really supportive and friendly and I actually enjoy coming to work as it is always interesting
