i assist my department in managing the repairs for problems that the site will encounter. which can be problems that have already happened or problems that are expected to happen.
i have learnt many new skill such as the used of certain software including Power BI and how to create new pages on the intranet
I enjoy the program that i am on as it is challenging and keeps me busy and engaged
It is now well organised and structured however to begin with it could have been better
i have received lots of support from my employer both in work and at home
Lots of support is available from my training provider and i feel the team works well with all of the students
The qualification that i am receiving it useful for teh general knowledge of the jobs that need to happen and provide a good understating of the limitations that are met.
there are plenty of extra curricular activities that are available that the apprentices will help to organise.
Yes
It is a very good company to work for in my opinion as they invest heavily in their apprentices and treat them very well. It also gives them opportunities that most uni students will not be able to experience
Prove yourself to be positive when facing challenges, clear when presenting and proactive where possible.
