  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme very much. I feel there is excellent communication and always help when it is needed. There is a clear guide and set up to what is going on and all the materials there is to offer are easily accessible. There is good communication between every trainer we have had and also clear and concise lay out of our plans.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It’s organised and structured extremely well. Especially since we have had a series of trainers since the start of the programme. People may feel or think that this could hinder them; however this was not the case at all. There was smooth transitions through trainers, and everyone had a set out knowing exactly what they were doing and where to pick off from.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel I receive a lot of support from my employer, we have delegated times per week for our learning. We also have internal groups of people who are based solely around the apprenticeship programme of the business. They have events hosted around the apprenticeship programme to; which is helpful to see is as a full scope of the business and how other people are coping/ have coped. And just to get a border understanding of the business as a whole and people’s roles within that also.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As much support as we require. We have had 3 trainers since the start of the programme and each has been as equally as amazing. There was a smooth transition between each trainer, everyone know what had been done and what is left to be done. Anytime you need any help they are only an email away and respond in great time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it gives me a broader understanding of the company as a whole; which ultimately makes us more aware of the reasons we are doing things. And helps us to deliver when a someone requires a particular piece of information. It also helps to understand all the regulators we deal with; when dealing with complaints.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a social networking site for the company which has certain apprenticeship groups; and they have also hosted apprenticeship events also. Which is very helpful to see how other people are coping and how others have coped. To also see how they have progressed in the business after the apprenticeship and the opportunities that are there for us too.
