1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Since starting, I have taken on a variety of roles to support a launch such as training, logistics, development of marketing materials and internal comms. I have a few meetings a day and get to interact with a variety of different colleagues. I also have the opportunity to take on projects which interest me and will help increase my confidence.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have worked on my presentation skills through training opportunities and projects which have involved this aspect. There are a number of internal and external training opportunities available and the chance to interact with many different people.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The job is highly rewarding and the sector is well respected which makes me proud to work for Pfizer within Pharma. My team has a young make up and the culture is rewarding, encouraging and fun to work in- all whilst ensuring we produce a high level of quality of work.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have an online training course which breaks up my learning and clearly sets out my tasks. I am able to dedicate a day to my Uni work which is highly beneficial.

It is a great culture to work in where I am surrounded by motivating colleagues who encouage everyone to do their best and work hard. There are many training opportunities and varied projects to take over.
