I am a Neighbourhood Manager and I Line Manage 5 Staff. My Team looks after the general Needs and Independent Living Tenancy needs in the whole of the Midlands for Optivo. This involves dealing with Tenancy Issues, ASB Issues, Complaints, DV, Safeguarding, Welfare Issues. Providing resident with a Home.
Yes developing existing skills and learning from shared experiences.
It is hard work, but very interesting.
It was very slow to start, but is now coming together in a more structured way.
A lot of support is provided and extra training and also time given during working time to be able to complete work for the course.
James is very good and puts in lots of progress catch ups and coaching.
I think that it will give me a better understanding and also I will gain some more experience and knowledge to help with areas that are difficult.
Yes these are arranged on the occasion and you can get involved if you so wish.
