1st year apprentice, fulltime at college learning a variety of new skills. units cover health and safety, business improvement, hand fitting, mechanical maintenance, fluid power, electrical installation, PLCs and electronics.

i have learnt a variety of new skills that will benefit me personally as well as professionally

We hold weekly meetings in which we receive communications about the business and review progress on set tasks and deadlines. support is available from BMW when required

a fair amount

some of the skills learned within the first year will be transferred over into my role

there are always opportunities to get involved with extra curricular activities if you're interested

Be patient with the application process. Remember the application process is just as much for you as it is for the company
