    • Manager of an internally based sales team for support and guidance to FE Colleges

    • I am more competent at public speaking and confident in presenting. I can write a concise business report also

    • The course has many modules, allowing me to have an overall experience of the knowledge I need to complete my role more effectively

    • Excellent, I have been guided throughout my apprenticeship

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Lots! An extra two hours of learning time each week. I have a mentor and senior mentor as well as support from the apprenticeship team and the apprentice ambassadors.

    • Lots! Pearson College London are very supportive and responsive to me when I have requested assistance

    • I have improved within my role so much and that has filtered down to my own team

    • Not really. However I do join any events that are organised through Pearson College London

    • It’s been excellent and my efficiency has grown in the workplace

    • Make sure you understand the commitment, it’s hard work and long hours, but the rewards are high
