Managing a team of 8 customer experience advisors in a contact centre environment, dealing with multi channel contacts
Loads of new skills: Understanding of project management Coaching skills Developing communication skills How to chair a meeting Managing my time more effectively Increased my self awareness Emotional intelligence Having challenging conversations Learnt a lot about our business through shadowing Finance and budgeting (this was completely new to me)
This course has really pushed me to develop myself and my team, I love learning new things and challenging my thought processes , looking for alternative solutions. I feel so motivated to improve and look forward to new challenges each month
I like that I am given a realistic amount of work to complete each month and that most modules overlap which helps to embed the knowledge
Optivo have been great , my manager attends my reviews and is also completing an apprenticeship so is able to relate The learning and development team are always on hand to answer any questions or address concerns
My tutor Laura is fantastic she is alway on hand to answer any questions or support in anyway. She is supportive and readily provides praise and feedback
I honestly feel like a different person since starting this course, I challenge myself to be better and regularly use new skills. This has improved my confidence and allowed me to see my potential
