yes since becoming a manager lots of new skills, listening, understanding, seeing things from both side, how to collates stats, learnt policy's and procedures
I enjoy learning new things, project management and finance
It does seam to jump around you don't finish one section before moving to the next then have to go back, but im getting used to it. the computer systems are hard to learn
my manager is amazing and has been a great support to me and very encouraging
Laura my Tutor is great and gets back to me very quickly when I need help and advise
