I'm a Team Manager for Independent Living. Line managing two scheme managers who look after extra care schemes. Overseeing the project by monitoring budget spends and supporting my staff to deliver the best service they can for our residents. In total 90 homes.
Yes. Given me an insight of how to effectively manage my team. Being mindful of different learning styles and how I adapt my coaching to get the best out of my staff and support them to develop.

Optivo invests lots of time and energy to it's staff. Lots of great training to help develop people. There's no hierarchy. The directors of the organisation are approachable and welcome staff opinions. Every member of staff is considered an individual and respected.
