On a day-to-day I basis, I take calls regarding mortgage arrears and service customers by helping them get to a solution.
I have learnt alot of new skills as Barclays offers a variety of training programmes and sessions.
I enjoy my programme as it is built around my work life and is very flexible.
Currently with the pandemic, Capella have done their best to move our sessions into a virtual world. We have been sent out new timetables and time slots for these aswell.
Barclays give as much support as they possibly can. My Line Manager is always there to help with any queries and I am allocated one day a week to do my work.
We have packs of information given to us and we can always reach out for help if we need any.
I don't feel my qualification is relevant to my role.
Yes, there is a football team and there is a sport relief every year ect..
Yes
Barclays have supported all staff as best they can especially in this difficult time.
I would advise anyone not to be afraid and to take every opportunity they are given
