My daily work tastes involve, clearing work and answering calls to help customers with queries, I also communicate with other insurance companies regarding liability.
I never understood insurance before this and now I feel confident to so my role. It has made me a lot more confident as a person.
I enjoyed actually learning all the different parts of insurance.
As our trainers left half way through, the experience wasn't great. It was a struggle for so many of us and we wasn't outlined what we were meant to be doing with time scales until a new trainer took over which caused a lot of stress with many of us.
They were extremely supportive of the apprenticeship and always there to help and guide us though, giving us the confidence to do well.
My trainer at the start was awful, we didn't understand what was doing on it was I my when out second trainer cam we started to really understand.
We now have a wider knowledge of the sector.
