  • My daily work tastes involve, clearing work and answering calls to help customers with queries, I also communicate with other insurance companies regarding liability.

  • I never understood insurance before this and now I feel confident to so my role. It has made me a lot more confident as a person.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed actually learning all the different parts of insurance.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As our trainers left half way through, the experience wasn't great. It was a struggle for so many of us and we wasn't outlined what we were meant to be doing with time scales until a new trainer took over which caused a lot of stress with many of us.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • They were extremely supportive of the apprenticeship and always there to help and guide us though, giving us the confidence to do well.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My trainer at the start was awful, we didn't understand what was doing on it was I my when out second trainer cam we started to really understand.

  • We now have a wider knowledge of the sector.

  • Also be yourself and put yourself out there. And never stop learning new things.
