Supporting the business administration team in any aspect to maintain efficient business operations. General administration mainly involving the use of excel to produce records and general upkeep of the office.
Improved communication skills, understand about different ways of working, health and safety, how organisations work. Developing IT skills especially in excel. Developing professionalism - time management, organisation etc.
The programme is challenging and has introduced me to new ideas and opportunities which I find enjoyable. There is a really good culture, everyone is very nice, welcoming, helpful and wants you to do well. There are many benefits and it feel good to be a part of it.
Fairly good but feel like some things could be clearer and more concise.
