In my job role, I am currently taking on some huge responsibilities that ensure data integrity in Vodafone VBTS. I have a really varied and interesting role, which covers many skills sets, involves problem solving and making process improvements.
Yes. I feel my skills are developing constantly everyday and I am always learning something new.
My programme is ok but I feel my expectations of how my experience would be at Vodafone were a lot higher. I haven't enjoyed my job role as much as I expected.
I feel there are extremely supportive individuals in the business and there are definitely some really supportive people I work with in my team however I don't feel Vodafone as a whole provides the support you would expect they would provide.
As an apprentice I have had the opportunity to get involved in many events like careers fairs which have been really enjoyable.
Yes
Vodafone is a good company to work for on the whole. As a young person I feel Vodafone does allow you to gain some incredible experience and skills to help set you up for your future career.
Vodafone is a fast-based business so be excited for change and be willing to say yes to all opportunities thrown your way.
