The apprentice program is poorly run and executed, with vague guidelines to coursework and questions in exams. If unable to attend a workshop due to poor health there is little to no help provided!!

My qualification hasn't helped me within my role at all, even though my role is technical and so is my programme I am yet to study something that is useful.
