  • Day to day roles include going over the handover from the night shift team check the ticket queue for any outstanding work that needs to be completed monitoring for alarms that have occurred on the network

  • I have learn methodical troubleshooting skills, and how to approach faults

  • I am really enjoying the program so far, I am given lots of opportunities to learn and do external activities outside my job role.

  • The program is well structured and laid out, it is very clear the progression that you will have throughout the company

  • I receive as much support as I need, managers are always available to talk to, dedicated apprenticeship teams also provide support whenever it is needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Training provider provides classes where we go over a qualification then prepare to take the exam

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • whilst I felt that the qualifications gained from the courses were good for the CV , two of them were related to servers and Security, two aspects I do not use in mu job role

  • There are lots of events available to take part in, also there are charity days

  • Yes

  • I believe Vodafone is a fantastic employer with hundreds of opportunities across the business, you will gain invaluable skills whilst on the program.

  • Make sure you are confident and have done your research!
