I have learn methodical troubleshooting skills, and how to approach faults
I am really enjoying the program so far, I am given lots of opportunities to learn and do external activities outside my job role.
The program is well structured and laid out, it is very clear the progression that you will have throughout the company
I receive as much support as I need, managers are always available to talk to, dedicated apprenticeship teams also provide support whenever it is needed
Training provider provides classes where we go over a qualification then prepare to take the exam
whilst I felt that the qualifications gained from the courses were good for the CV , two of them were related to servers and Security, two aspects I do not use in mu job role
There are lots of events available to take part in, also there are charity days
Yes
I believe Vodafone is a fantastic employer with hundreds of opportunities across the business, you will gain invaluable skills whilst on the program.
