I enjoy learning new skills and working with my team in order to be able to complete my work to the best of my abilities
at the beginning the course was organised and well structured, as we get towards the mid way point and beyond my skills coaches have changed twice which has been very unhelpful.
I do receive support from my employer, however there have been times where I have not been able to receive my 20% time out of work to complete my apprenticeship work
I receive a good amount of support from QA in regards to working towards my goals, the only issue I have is my skills coach has been changed 3 times so it makes it difficult as I have start all over again to build a relationship with them
it helps me to understand the processes behind decisions and to be able to review mine and other peoples work in order to make better decisions for the interest of the business
Vodafone provide a whole heap of extra-curricular activities, including Vodafone University which is where the provide courses that anyone can take at any time. There are always social events, sport events and network opportunities available at any given time
