I'm a software developer working on an enterprise web platform. I work within a scrum team and follow agile practices. My day to day is programming tasks, peer programming, peer-reviewing code, and teaching best practices to new joiners to our team. I also look after other teams when they require the help of a developer.

They provide a solid learning environment where you can be fully integrated into a team. The working environments are an amazing place to work, and you feel like you're part of Vodafone. The pay is also fantastic when compared to other companies within the industry. Overall, great place to work.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Vodafone?

Be creative, Vodafone is looking for people to shake up the current market and bring new ideas to the table. If you're able to demonstrate your new ideas and relate them to Vodafone, then you'll fit right in. Also with Vodafone's work with Stonewall, being inclusive and open to other people is a must.
