I work as a customer services representative for Booking.com. I make bookings and deal with customer queries and complaints. I work on three channels which are live chat, emails and calls.
Yes I have learnt how to ensure that I follow each of my companies values. Also how to deal with customers of all cultures.
I am really enjoying this programme and my tutor is very professional and always available to help if needed.
The programme is very organised and you are regularly updated about meetings and workshops.
