  • I work as a customer services representative for Booking.com. I make bookings and deal with customer queries and complaints. I work on three channels which are live chat, emails and calls.

  • Yes I have learnt how to ensure that I follow each of my companies values. Also how to deal with customers of all cultures.

  • I am really enjoying this programme and my tutor is very professional and always available to help if needed.

  • The programme is very organised and you are regularly updated about meetings and workshops.

  • I am currently on the furlough scheme but my employer has been very supportive.

  • I receive a lot of support.

  • It has helped me to perform better, especially with the workshops and tasks set every month. I have been able to look at things differently and improve in certain areas.

  • Everyone is so friendly and there is always someone who you can turn to for support. There are also a lot of opportunities for growth.

  • Be yourself and put the customers first.
