I currently lead a team of 11 people who service business banking customers with complex queries relating to account access, this also includes project work relating to streamlining processes.
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills the practical activities provided by the course have enabled me to implement a good working routine, I was new to leadership at the beginning of the apprenticeship so it has offered me continued support.
The program itself can be a little mundane with the layout of the study blocks followed by the submission of assignments, i much preferred the exam style learning completing the activities whilst at study block.
Really well organised I haven’t had any concerns with this.
Support has been good from leaders potential to be better but I was the first from my department to complete this course so learns to take forward.
Support is always available with frequent catch ups too
For me personally I have been given support of the qualification plus material and the link to several more experienced people to lean on throughout this whole experience so I have improved.

I am proud to work for a company who looks after its employees and is willing to provide development opportunities that don’t just involve promotions.
