I work mainly on a variety of different projects which involves preparing reports attending client calls and meetings and having discussions within the project team.
I have developed my communication skills.
I find the programme enjoyable but would like to be able to have more discussions with the providers of the programme to discuss its structure etc.
In general the programme is well structures however the apprenticeship team are not always very effective at communicating key information.
I receive a good level of support as we are all assigned a counselor who is a manager level to check in with and talk to about any concerns or struggles.
We receive some support however especially in the current situation where our exams have been cancelled due to Covid 19 i would appreciate further support by the way of revision sessions closer to the new exam dates.
The are some areas of my qualification that can be applied to my work however as I work in a very specialist team there are many areas of the qualification that I am unable to apply.
Yes there are many social activities available for people to get involved in.
Yes
EY has a well established programme and is a good firm to work for where people are mostly valued and supported.
Think about why you want to work for EY as opposed to one of the other big 4.
