I am responsible for the learning development Of my key children across the curriculum. Plan activities, make observations and link to eyes, supervise playtime.
I learnt how to approach my research for assignment in order to fulfill requirements.
I really enjoy my job and doing the level 3 provided me with a new perspective on how I can do my job effectively.
It was flexible enough for me to fit it in and around my daily routine easily.
I receive good guidance when ever I approach my employer for help.
She is able to give me a direction and a head start about the assignments to be submitted.
I am able to better understand why I am doing something and what to keep in mind when planning for the children.
Yes
Flexible working and good guidance.
To be attenuated the sessions as they are quiet informative.
