  • It was over 2 weeks where the first week was learning and gaining the experience of working in a firm and the second week was putting the skills learned in use

  • One whole week was dedicated in gaining a leadership qualification

  • 3. To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?
  • I enjoyed it a lot because of the people there, I don’t think it would’ve been as fun without them because the people leading the course were very unorganised.

  • 4. How well organised was your work experience?
  • It was not very organised at all! The person overseeing the course did not care that it was all up in shambles. A lot of things were promised in a contract that weren’t held up and there were long periods of time with nothing to do.

  • 5. How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?
  • I learnt a lot about the company culture and it was very interesting to learn about. There are a lot of departments and you work closely with them, you see the ins and out of working life

  • It helped a lot in terms of enjoyment, I thought it would be fun to go into that job sector due to the money, but I realised it’s not something I’d enjoy to do for the rest of my life

  • We were laid for this internship but again we weren’t paid what was told to us but then again money is money

  • There was tons of opportunities. At least once a day there would be a talk with someone in the sector or company telling us there experience. We have networking events after the internship is over!
