Carrying out design, calculations, producing mark ups for technicians, CAD work
New skills; following BS/EC, all CAD programs, design with CAD programs such as Open Roads/Civil 3D etc

Well organised despite arup being relatively new to the degree apprenticeship program
a great deal of support
University is now training provider and helps a great deal - regular catch ups etc
gives me a background understanding and ability to carry out tasks I wouldnt have understood if not for my training
These are available , however I already participate in a number of extra-curricular activities outside of work and often don't have time
