The job is to respond to breakdown, help the production achieve target on daily bases, make sure OEE are on track, identify and resolve the repetitive issues. Support preventive maintenance, make sure equipment is ready for the next shift. Always have PPE on Ready, be on time every day all the time
Every day is a new day, with this every day we learn new skill, from CAD design, using a 3D technology , 3D scanner , turning a piece of metal to a part, bracket. Fault finding on electrical component, programing PLC, or even JAVA or ROBOT moving and programing, changing mechanical gears on drive gearbox
As mention on the other question every day is new day, you never have the same day, no routine at all, you never get that impression ohh saw that yesterday, with the approach of VPS, on the spot responsibility issues get resolved on ASP , everyone take part team work is so good and important
The Program is well balanced, with working hand on, to get the experience, and academic support to keep the knowledge, overall it not easy, a lot of work and effort is required to be able to achieve target. However the support if required is offered. The staff is very helpful, the facility offer all what is required too.
The facility is well equipped with the latest technological equipment, in the event a support is required, the staff is very helpful, and offer all what we need from academic support, to personal support, during placement the team work one on one / this may change a bit due to Covid-19 however is there.
As mention in the previous question the support is offered, In fact it is at all the level of the training, everyone help to the best of their ability, some people require help during electrical tasks, some during mechanical, some during both, the importance is we get help and support as required.
It’s very difficult to speak about the feeling through the training, as some days are better than others, the support is offered, the facility have all what is expected from top class company, the equipment is the latest technology. The only thing than can be commented on is positive as the investment the effort in providing the training
Yes, the facility offer a lot of different opportunity, from learning different language, taking programing or design on CAD, working on different equipment, working or supporting event, even supporting local hospital COVID-19.
