I have to work as BA and mainly look at different changes in the project we are working on
i have learnt to develop my outlook and excel skills as well as different testing methods.
I enjoy the work i do and the team i work with.
It is a bit hay wire as they got me started a bit late and now i have to do extra work because i started late as well as witching managers a lot so it can be hard to get settled in.
if i ask for help i will get it but it can be hard with my line manager being in a different country.
they are supportive and make it easier to know what to do however i feel like the course is aimed more at people who are doing this as an extra qualification and doesn't factor those straight out of college.
The qualification is making things make a lot more sense at work and makes my work easier to understand.
There are always events and things to get involved in and the people are all friendly.
Yes
I think its a great company to work for however in my case i think it has been a lot harder to get going as i dont have a manger next to me to help me out.
I would say be yourself and if you fit the role you will be selected just show your knowledge and that you are dedicated.
