My job role consists of supporting children whilst extending their knowledge. It is also my role to ensure that their safety is priority as well as by providing a stimulating environment.
Yes- I have completed a varied amount of training some of which include physical sessions e.g. first aid and safeguarding as well as online courses such as food hygiene, behaviour and infection control.
Love it. Having a 1-1 personal tutor is great.

Lots. During my level 2 I transferred from another setting. My manager is incredibly supportive and welcomed me with warm arms. My confidence isn't very good and she supports me with that lots. Regular supervisions allow me to get with my manager to find out how im doing along with being able to discuss things.
Lots- having a 1-1 tutor allows me to have a point of contact allows me to have a port of call when needed.
