I assist with electrical contracting works alongside an electrician or technician
Yes I have gained lots of experience, knowledge and skills whilst being at work
I enjoy work and learning the skills needed to be an electrician
The work side of it is very organised and structured but college is very unorganised and unstructured
My managers and engineers are very supporting and willing to help and offer advice if I need anything
I think that colleges could do more in way of offering support.
The things we learn in college does assist with work but the majority or skills/knowledge has been learnt from being on site and seeing it first hand
Yes
The employees are well looked after
Show willing to learn and work hard
