  • I really enjoyed the programme as it was both fun and challenging.

  • The programme was well organised and I have a fantastic mentor who made things very simple and clear to understand.

  • My employer was very accepting that I needed time to work on the apprenticeship. I was given 20% off the phone in order to work on my tasks.

  • I was given a lot of support from my mentor and guidance to help me get the best possible results.

  • I feel that there were many topics that the training provider covered to help me work better in my role and to understand the logistics of customer service as a whole.

  • Research on the brand, get some examples of previous customer service work to hand, be positive and polite.
