we had a few group meetings with different departments in the organisation which has been a good social activity. The AA also organised a day where we could see what patrols carry in their vans and we had a chance to fix a tyre . over all it was a good experience.
Yes
Because its a good organisation I have met and a worked with some good team leaders and managers. I also think the AA has good policies in place to provide a safe and friendly work environment.
I would like to advice someone that long as you determined and focused you will get the support to achieve. You should stay positive and there is support available and you should ask. I think its a good experience and to give it a try I also think it a good company to work for.
