I'm a call handler in the apprentice department at the AA, I take emergency breakdown call to all members who are with our company. This takes a lot of hard work and consistency to keep up to a good quality of calls when being on the phone.
I've learnt how to conduct myself on the phone
I enjoy it, I've learnt new things which has matured me as a person
Its very organized, I know what's happening.. we are always kept up to date with anything that is going on
