I have new skills whilst being at this job such as phonetics learning the alphabet and learning about the patrols day to day and what they carrying in their vans

I think the programme is well organised and does very well in keeping the apprentices informed and letting us know any updates within the business
I recive a lot of support from my managers and my peers if its in person or on teams it well communicated and very fast replies
Catch 22 is such a good trainer and communicates with us so well and keeps us informed and lets us know how we are doing in our training and we what we need to do next and always there to help.
I think it makes me more confident and more efficient on my calls dealing with customers up to The AA standard.
During the holidays we have different events.
