we take calls everyday and take payments from customers and upgrade them if they needed.
Iv learned how to speak to customers and learnted how I should deal with them
I feel like I learned a lot while working with this programme and would defiantly recommend it to someone who's starting out as I got a lot of support from my new manager and from the catch 22 programme

its made me feel more comfortable talking to people and I know how to speak and act on the phones now

Yes
As I felt like it was a good company to work for, all of my colleagues for nice and I got on well with my managers and I felt like anyone who would join would find it a good apprenticeship to do
be yourself and make sure you love your job
