Ive developed my programming skills further, especially in languages I've not learned before like LabView or C#, and have learnt how to structure and write the accompanying documents in the style the company uses.
I enjoy it a lot, after adjusting to the work style over this past year I have thoroughly enjoyed working in this apprenticeship
The programme has been very well organised thus far
I receive a lot of support from my employers, the Employee Assistance Programme in particular was very helpful for my mental health early on
Although support can at times be spotty, overall the support from the training provider is adequate
My qualification has helped me by allowing me to apply what Ive learnt to my programming practices in my role
There are occasional social activities at my work, but I don't often get chance to get to attend them due to other social commitments
Yes
Because it is an amazing opportunity to work for an amazing company, with excellent support when it is needed
Dont give up - there's always next year, keep at it!
