I am being trained on different practical aspects of the business and complete college work on Thursdays.
I have learned several new skills such as electrical work and fitting work, as well as academic skills.
I enjoy learning new things and being part of a team.
The organisation is well structured and it is clear what is expected in the programme.
I recieve lots of support on all aspects of my work.
The training I need to complete my qualification is always well delivered and I am always supported.
