I provide assistance to people broken down at the roadside and upgrade them if needed.
I have learnt many new people skills and how to handle a customer correctly.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship, I have met many great people and its been a great opportunity.
I believe the structure of our apprenticeship is very good.
I receive great support from my employer, my welfare is always being checked on.
I receive the necessary help when needed to complete my course.

I would recommend the AA to my friends as it is such a good company to be part of and there is so many opportunity's for the future.
be confident and do some research before and come with a positive attitude and except to work hard.
