In my job role I work in the emergency breakdown department, so that means I take all the breakdown calls, send recoveries out and upgrade or change policy's in break down situations
I have learnt to communicate much more affectively and handle challenging calls from the advice and knowledge my colleagues and coaches have gave me
I enjoy my programme a lot. I found difficultly settling into jobs in the past but the environment we work in is so positive and helpful which makes it so much more enjoyable. I feel I have learnt a lot and gained a lot of independence since being here
My programme is organised very well, we all have set training days and our coaches and mangers never fail to help us out and make it clear on what we have to do to succeed
I receive so much support from my employees, they don't only just care about how good you are at your job, they also care for you as a person and your well being which I think is an important relationship to have with your employers as it makes it a much more enjoyable and comfortable place
Our trainer visits often and is always here to advise us and help us with anything we are stuck on, if he is not in the building he is always just and email away.
I feel that I understand my job role a lot more as it helps you learn to be the ideal employee and what is right and wrong.
Personally I am not to sure but I know we always hold events and they have a lot of things to offer as sometimes they'll brig in body shop stands and candle stands, things like that for people to have a look at.

Because it is a good job to have and you can build your way up from anywhere you start, the support you have around you and the people you know can get you far.
I would tell them to be confident and not limit themselves to anything and see how far they can get, because they could be very successful if you work hard and keep an open mind
