My role is a customer service advisor and on a day to day basis I take breakdown calls for members who are currently broken down so I take and log the jobs so the members can get breakdown assistance
I have learnt many new skills including being more punctual, patient and have learnt to be more self driven
I really enjoy my programme as the week is split with our training day where we are of the phones, I'm also surrounded by other apprentices and my team leaders who are a big factor on why I enjoy this programme
its very well organised as everything is on our wfo rosters and as well as this my team leader always send us an email to remind us of anything that is upcoming
we receive the support we would like to receive as when ever we need the support someone is always there to support us
when working towards our qualification we receive a lot of help from our training provider who does frequent catch up meetings with us on our training days
its help us a lot as the information and skills we learn help us in our role
yeah social activities such as the yearly Christmas party
Yes
as they are a great company to work for and the colleagues your surrounded by are very kind and helpful
to be yourself and to be honest
