My role at the AA is to help customers when they are in need of a patrol and make sure that their customer journey throughout the breakdown is excellent and my role is also to make sure I fulfil the members needs.
Whilst at the AA I have learnt more skills then I would’ve somewhere else due to the fact I am talking to a lot more people and we learn new things everyday
I do enjoy the program quite highly.
The programme is very organised in the sense that everything is ready and we have a clear plan of what we are working towards in the coming months
We get 100% support from our employer and if there is anything we require to make our job role easier. We can ask and majority of the time we can get.
We receive 100% support from catch 22 when it comes to qualifications. There is clear instructions on what we need to do to get to the end point and get our qualification
The training provider makes my job role easier because of the work that is set out
There is all sorts of things we can get involved in at work such as parties, events etc.
Yes
I would recommend to a friend due to the fact that I have had a good experience from the company.
Stick your head down and attend and you will get far in the company
