i have to handle customers who are broken down and also have to help save people lives on a motorway if they break down, my job revolves around helping people when they are in a broken down situation and sending a patrol out to them
i have learnt new skills, such as having confidence when talking to a member of the public that i do not know. i know a lot more about computers, and i know how all the systems work and i develop new skills everyday
i enjoy it very much i love coming to work.
