Completing this apprenticeship has increased my confidence, and made me realise my potential
I have really enjoyed stretching myself - also the fact I can progress at my own pace. However one thing I haven't enjoyed is within the written statements etc there are a lot of areas where the same information is asked for.
I feel the programme is very well structured, my talent coach is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Lots, as they had to agree before I could sign up, I am given time each week to work on my apprenticeship.
Again lots, if ever I have a query my coach replies within a timely manner, he is always available over the phone if needed. My questions are answered very quickly and thoroughly
It broadens my knowledge and makes me think about the goals I have within my role further.
We have team building events, recognition events, there are netball/football teams reading/walking clubs, volunteering opportunities
Yes
Very friendly colleagues, great rewards to work to, good support network, interesting work.
Go for it, take up every opportunity in learning or socialising available. Work hard and rewards are there.
