  • I support Project Managers with collating project updates and gathering key information for stakeholder updates.

  • Yes have learned lots about Project Management and implemented this into my role

  • I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and attending the workshops for project management and allowed me to meet people working in similar roles

  • The programme from QA side was very well structured however in company's side the structure was less organised

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager and team are very supportive and helped me though there was times this wasn't sufficient due to being a junior member of staff compared to senior staff. The apprenticeship team was also provided little support in my organisation

  • My teacher from QA who provided the workshop was helpful and provided resources and support however support lacked from my QA Skill coach and provided very little help and support and not very helful

  • I believe this qualification allows me to better understand my role and project management in my company and really has helped me

  • Yes there are regular social events and networking opportunities regular and various for specific interests. There are also lots of citizenship events to be apart of

  • Be confident and build good and key relationship partiuclarly with other teams as this will help you in your roll and particualrly if you won't to apply for a role elsewhere in the bank
