Helping the Transformation team improve processes within the bank by creating new ways for processes to run and through the implementation of robots
In my role i have developed many skills and improved on others, for example my team work skills and communication. Also my confidence.
I fully enjoy my program and all it has to offer
Overall the structure of the organisation is impeccable, when changes are made, sufficient updates are given so all relevant members are aware.
I receive as much supports as i require with someone willing to be there to assist when i need it.
Capella are amazing, they provide as much support as physically possible, even in the event of a global pandemic.
I believe the qualification helps me further my role as it helps me to understand the theory behind our styles or working.
There are hundreds of social activities and networking events to get involved with, atleast once a week usually.
