Daily meetings and stand ups, developing new ideas and implementing the code.
Lots, multiple languages for example. I have also learnt a large amount of project management skills including stakeholder management.

The uni side is very structured and they take on feedback. The Barclays side is less so organised.
We have a buddy, line manager and a tech buddy with regular 1-2-1s. so lots.
Varies from teacher to teacher. Some are very helpful and useful. Others are just there to collect a paycheck
There are lots of transferable skills in the coding side. Stuff I use day to day is what I have learnt at University.
Yes, football, tennis - even professional working events around new technologies. Barlcays is excellent for this stuff.

It is an excellent organisation with a real drive for its younger members of staff.
Be confident. You also don't have to have any IT knowledge. They will give you the necessary training .
