Service Management - Voice Ensuring Service levels are at a good rate. Approving invoices from Vendors. Coding invoices from Vendors. Attending regular Service Reviews. Forecasting and tracking our spend and budget on the service.
Yes - Excel skills, gained confidence with speaking to people, much greater understanding of service management and specifically phones
