I speak to customers who are looking to open new business accounts and advise them the best way to apply with Barclays.
learnt basic banking terms.
The colleagues make the apprenticeship worthwhile however I believe it could be better run. Over the course of the apprenticeship we have faced many obstacles and the people running the apprenticeship don't seem to have any better idea than we do.
Very poorly organised/ structured. Didn't have any apprenticeship access for the first 23 months of the apprenticeship and then get told of when we were running behind. The exam is near enough impossible and we have had no slack. The exam is completely irrelevant to what we do
From my Team leader we receive a lot of support. But from Knowledgepool we receive nothing
Barely any support
the exam we are completing is completely irrelevant to the role we are doing. The exam is based in branch and we are based in a call centre
No
No
We are well payed but the work and apprenticeship isn't as well as I had hoped
Don't do the apprenticeship, join as an employee
